BACKGROUND:
Mr. Bogdan has a reputation for being a creative facilitator
of urban redevelopment
projects using an innovative variety of public and private financial
sources. He is a
community and economic development expert. He is a specialist on
Michigan's Tax
Reverted Property Process, Market And Economic Analysis, Strategic
and Business
Planning, Project Management, Downtown, Neighborhood and Brownfield
Redevelopment, New Market Tax Credits and in overall Development
Financing. He has over thirty years experience in community
and economic development. He was the economic development
director for the state of Michigan, vice president of a high tech
firm, president of several community development corporations on
the east coast, and a development consultant for several Michigan
communities, He received his Masters of Business Administration
from
the University of Massachusetts.
